The annual Coins for Change fundraising event was a success, raising $5,094 for the CDS Getting to Home program! The Getting to Home program helps to reduce homelessness in the community. CDS and TACL appreciate all of the support that they have received from donors and participants.

A special thank you goes out to the Gateway Christian Life Centre for their donation of $1,392, Fortis BC for their donation of $300, the Kootenay Savings Credit Union for their donation of $250, to Eleanor Gattafoni-Robinson and Nicolas Ridenour for their support and donations, as well as to Jacquie Stewart for volunteering her time.

We would also like to thank all of the donors of food and prizes, including Summit Subaru, House & Jars, the Trail Beer Refinery, Marino Wholesale, Liberty Foods, Lotta Love Photography, JJ’s Fashion, the Colander, the Bridgeview Café, Dale’s Barber Shop, Luca Hair, Amo-Dulla Thrift Store, Country Roads, Lordco, and Warfield Gas.

Finally, we would like to thank all of our individual donors and participants. The night would not have been a success without your support!
