We are going to be spending the night under the Victoria Street Bridge in downtown Trail on September 7th, 2018 from 8:00pm to 8:00am as a fundraiser to help raise money and bring awareness for our Getting to Home program, which addresses Homelessness in Greater Trail area.
Our Getting to Home: Homelessness program has helped hundreds of individuals since May 2012 with both housing and other much needed supports. But the program does so much more than simply find individuals or families housing, our facilitators help to wrap the much needed supports these individuals need to ensure they are able to live healthy productive lives as well as, maintain their housing.
All of the proceeds raised will go towards sustaining this program. Donations will be accepted at the event, look for donations jars at various businesses, pledge to support your friends and/or family who will be sleeping under the bridge or visit Canada Helps to donate online by clicking the link below.
